Yusuf

He was born in Galior in 1952. He received National Diploma in Fine Arts, Gwalior in the year 1974 and National Diploma in Sculpture from Govt. Institute of Fine Arts, Gwalior 1978; Former Chief Administrative Officer, Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal; Former Director of Bihar Museum, India.

Yusuf dis solo shows at Gallery Shes, Asahikawa, Japan; Gallery Tokeida, Saporo, Japan; Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal; Tao Art Gallery, Mumbai; Art Hertage, New Delhi; CIMA Gallery, Kolkatta. He did group shows at Bharat Bhavan Bhopal; Kleinsassen, Fulda, Germany; Asia Print Adventure, Japan; 4th Egyptian International Print Triennale; Seventh Triennale, New Delhi; International Show Comart, Korea; Asia Print Adventure, Japan; International Print Triennial in Kanagawa, Japan. Received Kalidas Award 1977; Bharat Bhavan Biennial, Bhopal 1986; National Award, New Delhi 1987; Asian European Biennial, Turkey 1990;  Govt. of India Fellowship, New Delhi 1989-92; QIONGDAO Print Biennial of China 2000; Raza Foundation Award 2004; Parchemin d’ honneur 2006.
